LGT Bank Switzerland is seeking a proactive professional to support Relationship Managers for Swiss onshore clients, handling accounts, documentation, e-banking and day-to-day inquiries.

You will coordinate client orders in securities, FX and payments, ensure data accuracy in systems, assist with account openings and regulatory reporting, and contribute to client satisfaction while upholding confidentiality.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in private banking or related roles.
• Strong client-service orientation and confidentiality.
• Proficient with common banking software and data systems.

Aufgaben

• Provide proactive day-to-day support to clients and respond to inquiries on accounts and documentation.
• Receive, process and monitor client orders in collaboration with Relationship Managers (securities, FX, payments).
• Coordinate and follow up on transactions, settlements, maturities and deposits.
• Maintain client data accurately in internal systems with strict confidentiality.
• Support account-opening processes, correspondence and credit requests, and prepare client meeting materials.
• Assist with regulatory reporting and internal policy compliance.
• Take on project or team support responsibilities as needed.
