LGT Group in Geneva is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to support Relationship Managers for Swiss onshore clients. You will handle day-to-day client inquiries, transactions, and documentation with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

Ideal candidates bring banking experience, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in French and English. Knowledge of Avaloq is a plus, and the role offers exposure to international clients in a private banking environment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed banking apprenticeship or university degree with practical private banking experience.
• Several years in a comparable banking role with regulatory knowledge and international client needs.
• Strong client/service orientation and independent, accurate work style.
• Ability to manage complex client and transactional matters and improve processes.
• Excellent MS Office skills; familiarity with e-banking and digital tools is a plus.
• French and English strong communication; German is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Provide proactive day-to-day support to clients and respond to account/document inquiries.
• Process and monitor client orders with Relationship Managers, especially in securities, FX, and payments.
• Coordinate and follow up on transactions, settlements, maturities and deposits.
• Maintain client data accurately in internal systems with confidentiality.
• Assist with account openings, correspondence, and materials for client meetings.
• Support regulatory reporting and compliance with internal policies; engage in projects as needed.
