Job summary

Roche Diagnostics International AG in Rotkreuz seeks a Technical Supplier Manager to own manufacturing processes and lead external-to-external technology transfers. You will drive process design, validation, and industrialization across contract manufacturers while maintaining product quality and supply security.

The role requires collaboration with international teams, strong problem-solving skills, and experience with ISO 13485, GMP/FDA, and change control. Travel ~20–30% is expected.

Qualifications

• University degree in a technical discipline (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics/Process/Industrial Eng).
• 5–6 years in manufacturing process design, technical supplier management, industrialization, or manufacturing engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, qualify, and industrialize manufacturing and testing processes.
• Lead E2E technology transfers, second-source qualifications, and capacity expansions.
• Monitor supplier processes and KPIs; drive corrective actions and audits.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure compliance.
