Zusammenfassung

Roche in Switzerland seeks an experienced engineer to design, validate, and optimize manufacturing and testing processes for instrument components and electronics. You will drive external-to-external technology transfers and support cross-functional governance with QA, Regulatory, and Global Sourcing.

The role requires strong SPC/Cap/MA skills and hands-on leadership in complex projects, including supplier audits and process improvements across global sites.

Qualifikationen

• University degree or equivalent in engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in manufacturing process design and supplier management in medical devices/IVD recommended.
• Familiarity with SPC, Cp/Cpk, MSA and pFMEA preferred.

Aufgaben

• Design, optimize, and industrialize manufacturing and testing processes for instrument components and assemblies.
• Lead technology transfers between external contract manufacturers and suppliers, including line relocations and second-source qualifications.
• Oversee supplier performance, deviations (8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why) and supplier QA/SCARs, plus audits.
