Our client, a Swiss industrial company, seeks a Technical Sales Manager to grow sales of highly technical equipment across international markets. You will build long-term customer relationships, develop opportunities, and coordinate with engineering, R&D and service teams.

Successful candidates will have technical engineering training, at least 5 years in technical B2B sales, and fluency in German with good English; French is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Native-level German required.
• Fluent English and French beneficial.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Aufgaben

• Promote and sell highly technical industrial equipment to an international customer base.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Develop and implement effective prospecting, sales and negotiation strategies.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Convert commercial opportunities into profitable and sustainable contracts.
• Develop and maintain a strong international network of customers and partners.
• Understand customer requirements and propose technical solutions and tailored proposals.
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D and customer service throughout the sales process.
• Contribute market and customer insights to product development.
• Represent the company at international trade fairs and events.
