Gunvor SA in Geneva seeks a Global Head of Tax to define and execute the group’s global tax strategy, embedding governance, transfer pricing, indirect taxes, tax accounting, and risk management across a complex multinational footprint.

The role partners with Executive Leadership, traders, finance, treasury, legal and M&A to provide proactive tax guidance on acquisitions, financings, restructurings, and new markets, while driving tax transformation and digitization.

Qualifikationen

• Master's Degree in Tax Law, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional tax qualification preferred (CTA, Swiss Tax Expert, CPA, ACA, equivalent).
• 15+ years of international tax experience.
• Significant experience in commodity trading, energy, shipping, or financial services.

• Define and implement the Group's global tax strategy aligned with business and shareholder objectives.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global tax organization and talent pipeline.
• Oversee all direct tax matters across the Group's global operations.
