Gunvor S.A. in Geneva seeks a Global Head of Tax to define and execute the group’s global tax strategy, governance, and risk management. You will partner with executives, traders, finance, treasury, legal and M&A to align tax with commercial objectives and drive a scalable, technology-enabled tax function.

You will lead a distributed tax organization, modernize processes and controls, and oversee direct and indirect tax matters, transfer pricing, and tax accounting across the group.

Qualifikationen

• Master's Degree or equivalent in tax, accounting, or finance.
• Professional tax qualification preferred (CTA, Swiss Tax Expert, CPA, ACA).
• 15+ years of international tax experience in a multinational setting.
• Experience in commodity trading, energy, shipping or financial services.
• Leadership of a global tax function and tax transformation initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Define and implement the Group's global tax strategy and governance.
• Serve as primary tax advisor to Executive Leadership and senior management.
• Oversee international tax planning, holding structures, and cross-border transactions.
• Own transfer pricing framework and country-by-country reporting.
• Oversee indirect tax management, tax accounting, and IFRS provisions.
• Lead tax transformation, automation, and data governance across the function.
