The role blends technical leadership in tax audits, IFRS/GAAP accounting, BEPS Pillar 2, and end-to-end client management, with mentoring responsibilities for the team.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in English and German is mandatory; French a plus.
• 5–9 years experience in tax audit, tax accounting, or international corporate tax consulting.
• Proven consulting firm experience with Swiss and international tax, audit, IFRS/US GAAP.
• Deep knowledge of the Swiss tax market is required.
• Understanding of audit-tax nexus and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Trusted Advisor: lead complex engagements in direct and international taxation; act as primary client contact.
• Technical Leader: manage tax audits for multinational groups and Swiss entities with assurance teams; deliver integrated tax perspectives.
• Transformation Partner: redesign tax functions (processes, data, tools) with tech perspectives.
• BEPS Specialist: develop Pillar 2 expertise and advise on strategic implications.
• Portfolio Manager: oversee end-to-end engagement planning, deliverables and continuous improvement.
• Team Leader: coach and develop team members and foster a collaborative, ambitious culture.
