Zusammenfassung

Frontiers is seeking an International Tax Manager to lead tax compliance and reporting across the group, reporting to the Director of Finance. You will shape tax strategy, manage audits, and collaborate with many teams on international tax matters.

The role requires deep Swiss tax expertise, strong communication, and a track record from a top firm or in-house tax leadership. Lausanne-based role with global scope.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Chartered Accountant, CPA, or equivalent tax qualification preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in top-tier public accounting or in-house tax manager role.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss tax system, withholding tax, VAT, and corporate tax.
• Familiarity with BEPS and OECD developments.

Aufgaben

• Ensure compliance with Swiss and international tax regulations across all entities.
• Monitor tax law changes and assess impact on the group.
• Develop tax-efficient strategies for the company.
• Establish transfer pricing documentation and monitor intercompany transactions.
• Prepare GAAP and non-GAAP tax provisions and disclosures.
• Coordinate tax footnotes and group financial statements.
• Manage local and foreign tax audits and external advisers.
• Work with finance, accounting, legal, and other teams on tax matters.
• Lead assigned tax projects through to completion.
