Job summary

Frontiers Media, based in Lausanne, is seeking an International Tax Manager to lead Swiss and international tax compliance and related financial reporting. You will shape tax strategy and work with finance, accounting, and legal teams on cross-border matters.

The role requires extensive experience in Swiss taxation, BEPS/OECD awareness, and strong communication skills to influence stakeholders across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Chartered Accountant, CPA, or equivalent tax qualification strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in a top-tier public accounting firm and/or as an in-house Tax Manager in an international company.
• Strong working knowledge of the Swiss Tax System, including withholding tax, VAT/sales tax, and corporate income tax.
• Familiarity with BEPS and OECD developments.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence across a cross-functional organisation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Swiss and international tax regulations, including withholding tax, VAT, and corporate income tax across jurisdictions.
• Monitor tax law changes and assess their impact on the group.
• Help develop tax-efficient strategies for the company.
• Establish and maintain transfer pricing documentation and monitor intercompany transactions.
• Prepare GAAP and non-GAAP tax provisions and disclosures in financial statements.
• Coordinate and prepare tax footnotes and other disclosures.
