Zusammenfassung

Frontiers seeks an International Tax Manager to lead tax compliance and financial reporting across the group, reporting to the Director of Finance. The role covers direct and indirect tax, tax provisioning, and group tax planning with a cross-functional remit in finance, legal and accounting.

You will guide transfer pricing processes, coordinate audits, and partner with external advisers to optimize tax outcomes while staying aligned with Swiss and global regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Chartered Accountant/CPA or equivalent tax qualification preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in tax, ideally in international settings.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss tax, VAT and corporate income tax; BEPS/OECD familiarity.

• Ensure compliance with Swiss and international tax regulations across all entities.
• Develop tax-efficient strategies for the group.
• Establish transfer pricing documentation and monitor intercompany transactions.
• Coordinate tax provisions and disclosures in financial statements.
• Manage external advisers and tax audits across jurisdictions.
