• Minimum of 15–20 years of international HR and/or people management experience.
• Experience in the luxury fashion and accessories industry.
• Expertise in Talent Management, Talent Assessment, Development, and HR Business Partnering.

• Strategic planning: Define and implement the long-term vision for Talent Communities Management across Maisons, Regions and Functions.
• Talent Management 360: secure global talent pools and define clear career paths with HRDs and Talent Acquisition.
• Talent Assessment & Community Engagement: support upskilling and develop robust succession plans and mobility strategies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: animate HR Talent Management across Maisons and Divisions with regular meetings and alignment.
• Project Management & Communication: lead strategic talent projects and monitor KPIs, communicating strategy across all levels.
