Vacheron Constantin is seeking a Talent & Community Manager to strengthen visibility, desirability and engagement globally. You will develop strategies, scout ambassadors, and lead influencer activations while coordinating across markets and collaborating with PR, editorial, and product teams.

Fluent English and French are required; a strong background in luxury branding and digital communities is essential for driving brand narrative and client engagement from Geneva and beyond.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of international experience in talent management, influencer marketing, and/or community management.
• Proven track record identifying, engaging, and managing high-profile talents and influencers for luxury brands.
• Deep understanding of digital and social media ecosystems and emerging trends.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills with strong project management and strategic thinking.
• Fluent in English and French.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent and influencer strategy aligned with the Maison's brand identity and global communication plan.
• Identify, scout, and evaluate potential brand ambassadors aligned with the Maison's values and audience.
• Build, maintain and nurture long-term relationships with talents and industry stakeholders.
• Manage budgets and oversee all aspects of talent partnerships across markets.
• Define and execute community growth and engagement strategies across digital platforms.
• Monitor social channels, identify trends, opportunities and risks.
• Engage with the community in the Maison's tone of voice and collaborate with Editorial & Copywriting for storytelling.
• Collaborate with Press Relations, Editorial & Copywriting, and internal teams to align talent activities with business objectives.
