Vacheron Constantin, part of Richemont, invites a Talent & Community Manager to strengthen the Maison’s visibility, desirability and engagement globally from Plan-les-Ouates. Reporting to International PR & Communication, you will shape talent & influencer strategies and coordinate activations across markets.

You will grow online communities on diverse platforms, monitor trends, and craft content with the Editorial team to tell compelling brand stories.

Competenze

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 5–10 years of international experience in talent management, influencer marketing, and/or community management.
Proven track record of identifying, engaging, and managing high-profile talents and influencers.
Fluent in English and French with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Mansioni

Develop and implement a comprehensive talent and influencer strategy aligned with the Maison's brand identity.
Identify, scout, and evaluate potential brand ambassadors aligned with heritage and audience.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with talents and industry stakeholders.
Manage budgets and coordinate country activations with teams across markets.
Define and execute strategies to grow online communities and monitor social channels.
Collaborate with Editorial & Copywriting to create compelling content for engagement.
