Job summary

Richemont is seeking an experienced leader to strengthen HR Operations Process Excellence across the Group. You will translate strategic direction into practical workflows, diagnose processes, and drive standardization and automation to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in HR Management or related field.
10+ years experience in HR Operations, Operational Excellence, or HR Technology within a complex global organisation.
Strong experience analysing, simplifying and improving operational processes.
Proven ability to apply process improvement methodologies and data-driven problem solving.
Ability to translate analysis into pragmatic, scalable and operationally sustainable solutions.
Fluent English; Knowledge of French is an asset.
Experience with enterprise HR platforms, preferably Workday.

Responsibilities

Conduct process diagnostics, mapping and mining to identify inefficiencies, duplication and improvement opportunities.
Define and maintain the operational performance framework for HR Operations, leveraging KPIs to assess effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
Translate operational insights into practical recommendations that improve service delivery.
Lead the continuous improvement and standardization of HR Operations processes across the Group, enhancing efficiency, quality and consistency.
Own the HR Operations process improvement backlog, translating business needs into prioritized initiatives.
