Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Fluency in English; French/Portuguese a plus.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in retail or web application environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example as team lead, applying agile values and mindset.
• Coordinate three streams (Product, Clienteling, and Sales) and related applications.
• Manage capacity planning, budgets and relationships with external suppliers.
• Oversee project phases from initialization to production stabilization and report progress to stakeholders.
