Job summary

Roche Pharma is hiring a Global Studies Asset Manager (GSAM) based onsite in Basel, Switzerland. You will coordinate global study operations for asset portfolios, ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP and Roche SOPs while collaborating with CROs and APO partners.

You will drive recruitment forecasting, develop essential documents, and monitor KPIs to sustain timely delivery. A life sciences degree and experience in clinical operations are required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in life sciences or related field.
• Proven operations experience in clinical development or pharma.
• Solid understanding of drug development processes and ICH/GCP guidelines.
• Clinical trial management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver study management for groups of studies within an asset portfolio, aligning with ICH-GCP and Roche SOPs.
• Develop and input essential study documents (e.g., protocol, TMP, pharmacy manual).
• Collaborate with APO, Roche countries and CRO partners to forecast recruitment and maintain study plans.
• Drive KPI tracking, issue- identification and risk mitigation with SMT leadership.
• Oversee vendor selection, setup, and performance to contract commitments.
• Ensure inspection readiness and materialize patient/site facing support materials.
