TAG Heuer in Signy- has a unique opportunity for a Store Planning & Retail Design Procurement Manager. You will drive excellence across Store Design and Visual Merchandising, leading value engineering, supplier strategy, and performance worldwide to balance brand impact, quality, cost and lead times.

Based in Switzerland, the role partners with markets and cross-functional teams to deliver boutiques, VM programs, pop-ups and client events while maintaining premium standards and sustainability

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or equivalent with 8–10 years in Retail Development, Store Design or related fields.
• Experience in supplier strategy, commercial negotiations, RFQs, VE and cost optimization.
• Strong analytical, financial, and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Drive transversal excellence initiatives across Store Design and VM/Scenography teams to improve performance.
• Lead Value Engineering to optimize quality, cost and execution while preserving brand intent.
• Define supplier strategy across retail construction, VM production, pop-ups and events; include tendering and negotiations.
• Manage operational performance with cost benchmarks, KPIs, dashboards and reporting tools.
• Monitor CAPEX/OPEX; identify opportunities for cost optimization across projects.
• Improve production strategies, sourcing models, batch management and global deployment.
• Develop and improve departmental processes, governance, standards and tools.
• Identify innovative materials and technologies to boost sustainability and value.
• Work with markets and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution worldwide.
