• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
• Fluency in German and English (C1); French and/or Italian is an asset.

Luxury Experts is supporting an international group operating within the premium retail sector, in the recruitment of an experienced and commercially driven Retail Manager.

Based in the Zurich-Kloten area, the successful candidate will oversee and further develop a network of retail locations across Zurich and a part of the German-speaking Switzerland.

This hands-on leadership role combines commercial performance, people development and operational excellence. Working closely with Store Managers and their teams, you will ensure sustainable business results and consistently high retail standards across the network.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and Assistant Managers, fostering accountability, engagement and performance.
• Monitor sales results, KPIs and customer traffic, identifying opportunities and implementing effective action plans.
• Drive commercial performance and contribute actively to the achievement of business objectives.
• Maintain a strong field presence through regular store visits.
• Ensure consistently high standards in customer experience, visual merchandising, store presentation and operational procedures.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee development.
• Ensure effective communication between the stores and the wider organisation.
• Support product launches, commercial initiatives and in-store activations.
• Oversee inventory, stock management and administrative procedures across the network.

Your Profile

• Solid experience in premium or luxury retail, ideally with store or multi-site management responsibilities.
• Proven leadership skills and a genuine ability to coach, engage and develop managers and teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and confidence working with sales targets, KPIs and performance action plans.
• A hands-on leadership style, combined with strong organisational and operational capabilities.
• The ability to combine strategic thinking with pragmatic execution.
• A proactive, solution-oriented and resilient mindset.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
• Fluency in German and English, at a minimum C1 level. French and/or Italian would be an asset.

Previous multi-store management experience would be a strong advantage. Experience within jewellery, watches or travel retail would also be highly valued.
