Job summary

FIFA in Zürich is seeking a motivated Logistics & Warehouse Specialist to perform hands-on warehouse operations, including receiving, packing, dispatch and stock checks for internal and FIFA event shipments.

You will coordinate domestic and international shipments, maintain inventory records, support demand planning, and collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Regular on-site presence is required at our Zürich office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in logistics or related field.
• Experience in warehouse operations, distribution and international shipping is important.
• Experience in sports or events industry is an advantage.
• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on day-to-day warehouse operations: receiving, unloading, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and processing returns.
• Coordinate and process warehouse orders and distribution activities; back-up for internal mail distribution.
• Organize and coordinate domestic and international shipments; prepare shipping documents with providers.
• Maintain and improve inventory records; support stock counts and discrepancy resolution.
• Support demand planning and stock flow with internal stakeholders; optimize costs and distribution services.
• Advise internal stakeholders on international logistics, warehouse, distribution and shipping projects.
