FIFA is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to oversee hands-on warehouse operations, from receiving and packing to dispatch and stock control. You will coordinate domestic and international shipments and support on-site logistics at events worldwide, ensuring safety and efficiency across the supply chain.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, a commercial apprenticeship in logistics, and fluency in English with good German.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in logistics or related field.
• Experience in warehouse operations and distribution is advantageous.
• Experience in sports or events industry is an asset.
• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent, preferably in logistics.
• Additional qualification in logistics/supply chain is a plus.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution operations.

Responsabilités

• Perform hands-on day-to-day warehouse operations: receiving, unloading, put-away, picking, packing, labelling and dispatch.
• Prepare and move materials for internal customers and events, ensuring on-time and correct condition.
• Coordinate warehouse orders and distribution; back-up for internal mail distribution.
• Conduct stock checks and support inventory discrepancies and movements.
• Maintain and improve internal warehouse systems for accurate inventory.
• Support demand planning and stock flow with internal stakeholders.
• Organize international shipments (air freight, courier, customs) with service providers.
• Support on-site logistics at FIFA events worldwide, including setup and replenishment.
• Ensure safety and compliance of warehouse activities with procedures and standards.
• Advise on logistics projects and develop relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Manage logistics supplier invoices and reconcile charges and payments.
• Assist in tender preparation, offers evaluation, and contract management with service providers.
• Develop and improve logistics concepts and service levels to optimise costs.
