Roche is seeking a Global Sourcing & Material Manager to lead strategic sourcing across EMEA, NAM, and APAC. You will partner with Global Procurement, manage key suppliers, and drive cost, risk, and supply resilience across the manufacturing network.

The role requires 5–8+ years in sourcing, strong SAP experience, and English fluency; German/Mandarin are assets. Expect cross‑site leadership and impactful optimization across lifecycle stages and supplier risk frameworks.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Engineering; 5–8+ years in strategic sourcing.
• Strong experience with direct procurement, supplier management, or supply chain engineering.
• Proficient in SAP ERP and P2P workflows; BI tools like Tableau; AI/Industry 4.0 tech exposure.
• Business-level English; German and/or Mandarin language skills are a strong asset.

Aufgaben

• Strategic partnering and portfolio management with Global Procurement to optimize TCO.
• Manage A-supplier portfolios and multi-sourcing, VMI, framework contracts.
• Involvement in NPI and product lifecycle and supplier selection for new launches.
• Mitigate VUCA/geopolitical risks and ensure uninterrupted supply across the network.
• Drive process excellence and standardize specifications across sites.
