  • Track Record & Category Expertise: Demonstrated success leading cross-functional sourcing projects, partnering with global teams, and managing high-complexity spend portfolios (CHF 50M), backed by deep, hands-on sourcing expertise in direct procurement categories-specifically electronic and mechanical components-paired with strong knowledge of product lifecycles, BOM structures, and transfer-to-manufacture methodologies.
  • Systems & Digitalization: Strong proficiency in SAP ERP, Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflows, eSourcing platforms, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau), alongside an advanced affinity for AI applications and Industry 4.0 digital transformations.
