Job summary

Accelleron in Baden, Switzerland seeks an experienced Order Processing professional for its High Speed Division. You will manage the end-to-end order to cash cycle, input monthly forecasts in SAP, and ensure accurate sales orders while coordinating with logistics to meet delivery promises.

Fluent German and English are required, and you bring SAP SD/S4HANA knowledge, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and a collaborative mindset to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Commercial or technical apprenticeship with bachelor’s degree in economics or related field.
• Several years of professional experience.
• German and English skills are essential; other languages are a plus.
• Experience in SAP R/3 SD and preferably S4Hana.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills for reporting and analysis.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with priorities for orders/projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact to ensure a positive order-to-cash experience.
• Import monthly forecasts into SAP and align production/logistics with customer needs.
• Enter customer orders accurately in SAP (technical and commercial).
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Monitor delivery schedules and follow up to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain customer platforms with up-to-date, reliable data.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
• Handle complaints and carrier claims professionally for fair resolutions.
• Provide order progress updates and preempt issues before escalation.
• Coordinate transport orders via EDI and maintain forwarder contact.
• Prepare customs/shipping documents for export compliance.
• Analyze data to improve service and efficiency; contribute to continuous improvement.
• Track outstanding payments and support timely resolution while maintaining relationships.
