Zusammenfassung

Posalux SA is seeking an International Sales Manager to drive global sales growth, develop new business opportunities and strengthen customer partnerships across international markets. You will collaborate with the Chief Sales Officer, subsidiaries and agents to prepare quotations and manage orders from confirmation to invoicing.

The role requires a university degree in Marketing/Management or an engineering degree with marketing education, plus experience in CRM, negotiations, and business

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Marketing and/or Management, or an Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering complemented by further education in Marketing/Management, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong interest in sales within the machine-building industry and advanced technologies.
• Experience in customer relationship management, negotiations, business development, project coordination and customer meetings.

Aufgaben

• Drive proactive sales activities and prepare quotations in collaboration with the Chief Sales Officer, subsidiaries and sales agents.
• Manage and monitor customer orders from order confirmation through to delivery and invoicing.
• Coordinate project kick-off activities with the departments involved, ensure follow-up of all related activities, and monitor delivery schedules with customers.
• Analyze customer requirements, prepare feasibility studies, coordinate trials and testing activities, and provide professional reports to customers.
• Support the acquisition of new customers while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing accounts.
• Identify and develop new markets, customers and applications to support business growth.
• Coordinate product promotion activities in collaboration with other departments (documentation, trade fairs, advertising and marketing activities).
• Participate in and, where required, lead cross-functional projects.
• Prepare regular reports, including visit reports, market intelligence and customer feedback.
