more-jobs is seeking a Product Leader (m/f/d) in the Zurich area to own assigned diagnostic instruments across their lifecycle. You will coordinate global R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and Business teams, driving Product Care, NPI and product transfers within a global manufacturing network.

The role requires a strong technical foundation, excellent communication, and the ability to influence without direct authority in a matrix, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in a relevant engineering or life sciences field.
• Minimum 5 years in Product Lifecycle Management or related roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in regulated environments.
• NPI, product industrialization, and lifecycle management experience.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems.
• Experience with risk management, CAPA, and change control.
• FDA/IVDR/GMP/ISO 13485 experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.

Aufgaben

• Act as Single Point of Contact for assigned diagnostic instrument products across their lifecycle.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional global teams across R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and Business functions.
• Drive Product Care activities to keep products competitive and compliant.
• Lead strategic product transfer projects within the global manufacturing network.
• Support successful transition of new products from development into manufacturing (NPI).
• Manage product lifecycle activities from industrialization through market support to phase-out.
• Drive continuous improvement focusing on quality, cost, manufacturability, and operational excellence.
• Support budget planning and optimization of Total Cost of Ownership and Standard Manufacturing Costs.
• Ensure effective risk management, CAPA execution and change control processes.
• Maintain compliance with FDA, IVDR and GMP requirements.
• Promote and implement Design for Excellence focusing on quality, manufacturability and testability.
• Collaborate with customer-facing and business functions to align product strategy and execution.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization through digital tools and AI-driven solutions.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making across sites and time zones.
• Monitor product performance and resolve technical, operational and quality issues.
