Job summary

MSD in the United Kingdom seeks an Associate Director, Global SCM Business Processes to lead key processes such as Global Inventory, IQV, LROP, and Production Plan development for financial forecasting. You will act as SME, drive reporting and data analysis, and partner with E2E planners, Product Leaders, and GLP planners to ensure successful execution of business processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in supply chain management.
• Bachelor's degree in SCM, business, logistics, engineering or CS.
• Proven project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience in data analysis and manufacturing SCM.
• Kinaxis Rapid Response expertise.
• Excellent English communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for key processes and lead training.
• Set timelines and communicate activities to stakeholders.
• Generate reports, analyze data, and present to senior management.
• Collaborate with E2E planners, Product Leaders, and GLP planners.
• Maintain and enhance IT infrastructure for the processes.
• Coordinate with Finance teams to ensure timely deliverables.
• Support processes including IRL, Qlik reporting, KPI tools, and master data.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and process automation.
• Collaborate with digital support groups on process improvements.
