Merck & Co., Inc. in the US seeks an Associate Director of Global SCM Business Processes to lead key processes such as Global Inventory, IQV, LROP and Production Plan development for financial forecasting.

The role involves training, stakeholder communication, data analysis, and IT infrastructure enhancements across functions including FP&A and Treasury, with a focus on automation and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, engineering or computer science or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of working experience in supply chain management with proven project management skills.
• Proven experience in supply chain data analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as SME for relevant processes and lead training and onboarding meetings.
• Establish timelines and communicate key activities to stakeholders.
• Generate reports, analyze data and present to senior management.
• Collaborate with E2E planners, Product Leaders and GLP planners to ensure successful execution of business processes.
• Maintain, develop and enhance IT infrastructure to run the respective business processes.
• Coordinate with FP&A, Treasury and other Financial Services to ensure timely deliverables.
• Support IRL, Qlik reporting, KPI reporting tool and master data.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains within the supply chain.
• Collaborate with digital support groups to implement process improvements and system design changes.
