• Proven track record at Director level with demonstrable impact.
• Deep geopolitical knowledge across Europe and international regions.
• Experience in AI-enabled communications and data‑driven storytelling.

• Define and evolve the global policy communications strategy aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Shape and govern integrated policy narratives across international markets.
• Translate policy dynamics into strategic narratives for external stakeholders.
• Design scalable frameworks and messaging architectures for local execution.
• Drive preparedness through scenario planning and strategic response strategies.
• Coordinate with Public Affairs, Value and Access, Patient Advocacy and Communications.
