Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree as listed (MBA/PhD/MD/Pharmacist) or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of Market Access experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Significant above-country, regional, or global Value & Access experience in a multinational environment.
• Experience influencing asset strategy early in development lifecycle.
• Proven product launch experience including reimbursement and market access planning.
• Experience leading global access strategies across diverse healthcare and payer systems.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and matrix influencing with senior stakeholders.
• Experience shaping commercial strategy through Value & Access, HEOR, pricing, or reimbursement expertise.
• Proficient English, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Immunology Value & Access organization and provide strategic leadership across the global access community.
• Shape and execute integrated product access strategies across R&D and Commercial continuum.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Development, Biomedical Research, and Commercial teams to strengthen value propositions.
• Champion innovative access strategies that improve patient access and deliver value for healthcare systems.
• Define payer evidence requirements and embed access in development and commercialization plans.
• Develop global pricing and payer negotiation strategies with Launch Strategy and Pricing teams.
• Create innovative access solutions, contracting, and Patient Support Programs.
• Ensure robust value evidence packages support launches, reimbursement, and asset maximization.
• Drive access excellence by identifying market opportunities and mitigating reimbursement risks.
• Attract, develop, coach, and retain Value & Access talent globally.
