Job summary

Deel is seeking a Senior Global Payroll Implementation Lead to manage end-to-end payroll projects for clients worldwide. You will coordinate onboarding, data migration, and configuration, ensuring accurate data transfer and compliant payroll setups.

Collaboration with HR, Finance, and external stakeholders is essential to success. The role emphasizes autonomous project leadership, timely Go-live, and ongoing client support, with a focus on scalable, compliant payroll operations across multiple

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in global payroll implementation and payroll operations.
• Experience with payroll systems and software.
• Client-facing project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll implementation for Deel clients.
• Coordinate onboarding and data migration with stakeholders.
• Define client payroll requirements and ensure timely calendars.
• Configure interfaces, reports, and system settings.
• Provide go-live support and post-implementation training.
• Maintain project plans and regular status reports to leadership.
