Job summary

Elan Computing (Schweiz) AG is seeking an Implementation SME Payroll to oversee payroll implementations in Switzerland and Austria. You will coordinate with HR, Finance, Payroll Operations, IT, and external partners to ensure compliant, on-time delivery.

The role requires deep expertise in payroll processing, data migration, and change management, with strong stakeholder engagement and governance experience across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of payroll implementations, transitions, or transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing, controls, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with data migration, testing, and cutover planning.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll implementation for Switzerland and Austria.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and governance structures.
• Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee payroll data cleansing, validation, and migration activities.
• Coordinate system integration testing, UAT, and parallel payroll runs.
• Support organizational readiness and change activities.
