Art Basel in Basel is seeking a Senior Business Controller to own the P&L of a dedicated entity and serve as a key finance partner to local management and operations. You will coordinate and review reporting for six entities to support Group consolidation and ensure timely, reliable financial statements.

The role requires 7+ years in controlling or FP&A, advanced Excel and SAP experience, and fluency in English.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in controlling, FP&A, accounting, or finance business partnering, in international settings.
• Solid experience with P&L ownership and financial reporting.
• Strong consolidation and group reporting knowledge.
• Experience coordinating multiple entities' reporting deliverables.
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP or similar ERP experience.

Aufgaben

• Own P&L of a dedicated entity and lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Partner with local management to provide financial insights and decision support.
• Lead budget, forecast, and annual close meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for the assigned entity.
• Coordinate reporting packages for six entities for Group consolidation.
• Collaborate with local entity representatives on recurring reporting obligations.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, drive corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, and audit requirements.
• Drive consistency, quality, and standardization of reporting across entities.
• Support process improvements, system enhancements, and financial modeling for strategic decisions.
