ARTIDIS AG in Basel, Switzerland, seeks a Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management and financial reporting across the organization. This hands-on role reports to the CFO and emphasizes process improvement, controls and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work in a fast-paced, international team, contributing to strategic finance initiatives and supporting management with insights and decisions.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, controlling or FP&A, preferably internationally.
• Experience in an international, multinational, technology, medtech or high-growth environment can be an advantage.
• Hands-on, structured and proactive approach with the ability to operate in a dynamic organization.
• Fluent in English; German is highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Daily finance operations: accounts receivable, bank postings, expense processing, journal entries, reconciliations.
• Month/quarter/year-end closing for Basel HQ and international subsidiaries, including intercompany balances and supporting documentation.
• Prepare regular management reports, financial KPIs, variance analyses and other financial information.
• Support budgeting, rolling forecasts, cash-flow planning and actual vs budget analyses.
• Coordinate intercompany finance activities with local accountants and external advisors.
• Assist with audit support and documentation for external auditors.
• Coordinate payroll-related accounting with HR and payroll providers, review postings.
• Contribute to ERP and finance workflow improvements and maintain master data.
