• Support Organizational Analysis and Design, developing target structures aligned with strategic objectives across HQ and markets.
• Optimize Operational Workflows, department processes, and cross-functional collaboration models to enhance agility and efficiency.
• Drive Organizational Projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and communication, while equipping leaders with change management tools.
• Champion Change Management, defining and supporting approaches for successful adoption of new models.
