Roche seeks a Head of International Order Management to lead a 10–25 person team across Switzerland, Germany and the USA, directing strategy, people leadership, and cross-functional projects. You will drive end-to-end order management excellence, ensuring compliant, efficient global operations.

You will shape policies, manage complex disruptions, and partner with Global Product Planning, Network Management, Hub Operations and more to optimize end-to-end supply chain performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field; higher degree preferred.
• 7–8 years of experience in international logistics and supply chain management, with end-to-end focus.
• Strong knowledge of export and customs processes, foreign trade law, and SAP ERP proficiency; Six Sigma is a plus.
