Roche is seeking a senior leader in the Business Strategy & Operations function to oversee design and governance of resource planning and financial tracking across Product Development Data Sciences (PDD). • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Extensive experience in business operations, enterprise planning and resource governance.
• Proven leadership of senior professionals across functions and locations.
• Experience with planning tools (Anaplan, PowerBI, Tableau) and financial modeling.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at executive levels.
• Ability to think strategically with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Cultural awareness and excellent communication, both written and oral.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic direction for resourcing and financial tracking across functions and geographies.
• Drive end-to-end planning governance across PDD in partnership with Finance, HR and Portfolio.
• Lead cross-functional governance to maintain a single source of truth for financial and resourcing performance.
• Engage with the Head of BSO and Head of PDD to ensure data-driven insights.
• Develop and execute departmental plans aligned with business priorities.
• Shape enterprise metrics frameworks (OKRs, KPIs) for BSO and PDD.
• Lead multi-year planning and quarterly forecasting for headcount and budget.
• Establish cross-functional operating rhythms aligning data with program timelines.
• Set data governance, audit, and quality controls for resource and budget information.
• Deliver analytics, capacity modeling and actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Identify innovation opportunities in automation and planning systems (Anaplan, Tableau).
• Lead and develop a multi-layered team across diverse geographies.
• Ensure appropriate team structure and capacity for strategic priorities.
