Zusammenfassung

Roche is seeking a Global Lead in the Global Capital Investment Technology division to drive sustainable manufacturing innovations across Roche's global sites. You will coordinate a matrix team, integrate sustainability into technical decisions, and guide projects from early phases with a focus on GHG reporting and LCA.

You will interact with MSAT, R&D, and leadership, shaping strategic directions and representing Roche in external expert forums.

Qualifikationen

• Education: University degree (Master's/Diploma) in engineering, natural sciences, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in engineering, manufacturing, or highly regulated environments.
• Proven track record in international technical project management with sustainability expertise (GHG reporting, LCA).
• Broad understanding of modern manufacturing technologies and industry trends.
• Strong strategic capability, resilience, and ability to influence in a complex matrix organization.

Aufgaben

• Drive critical initiatives at the intersection of manufacturing innovation and sustainability across global sites.
• Provide specialized advisory support to project managers with scoping, optioneering, and troubleshooting.
• Lead a global matrix team in key technical domains as part of the Global Expert Panel (GEP).
• Own sustainability-focused reviews and deliverables like Sustainability One-Pagers, especially in Early Phases.
• Represent Roche in internal and external forums and collaborate with global partners across MSAT, R&D, and leadership.
