Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience across Procurement, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.

• Establish and govern global footprint governance and Make vs. Buy decisions.
• Lead LTCP (Long-Term Capacity Planning) and global investment roadmaps.
• Develop a 10-year CAPEX roadmap and secure asset strategy.
• Drive enterprise architecture to achieve a holistic, integrated global model.
• Provide strategic insights to executive leadership and enable cross-functional execution.
• Coach teams in complex business case development and strategic planning.
