Job summary

Roche seeks an International Business Leader within Core Lab to drive the global strategic vision for Coagulation, Hematology and Urinalysis products, coordinating with regional teams and affiliates to expand market access.

You will lead the International Business Team and work with R&D, Regulatory and Commercial functions to implement the portfolio strategy, including 3rd‑party ecosystem initiatives and global launches.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Vision & LCT Leadership: Creates and executes the long-term strategic commercial vision for the Coagulation, Hematology & Urinalysis Life Cycle Team (LCT) and 3rd party Eco-system.
• Global Marketing & Launch Planning: Develops, refines, and implements the Global Marketing Plan and strategic launch roadmaps across assigned product lines.
• IBT & Functional Team Leadership: Heads the International Business Team (IBT) and coaches IPMs and cross-functional teams.
• Budget & Commercial Operations: Manages the rolling global LCT marketing budget and coordinates affiliate needs.
• Cross-Functional & Ecosystem Alignment: Interfaces with R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Operations/Supply Chain, IP/Legal, and 3rd Party partners.
• Market Execution & Risk Management: Identifies growth opportunities and directs global congress presence and product positioning.
