Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of cross-functional operational experience.
• Proven builder-operator with ambiguity and high-stakes problems.
• Strong systems-thinking and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to influence without formal authority across teams.
• Excellent prioritization and evidence-based decision making.
• Experience with AI and automation as enablers of leverage.
• FinTech, brokerage, or regulated financial services experience helpful.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Own prioritized operational constraints from discovery through implementation and durable ownership.
• Work across HR, Finance, Engineering capacity, regional operating models, and regulated operations.
• Apply Sense → Design → Build → Drive to achieve measurable results.
• Determine the best lever for each problem—workflow, automation, org changes, or tech solutions.
• Collaborate with leaders to mobilize resources without taking over recurring responsibilities.
• Establish baselines and contribute to velocity, capacity, friction and performance analyses.
• Use quantitative analysis to prove sustainable improvements.
• Surface risks and escalate when priorities or scope require direction.
• Identify scalable operating models to support growth with lean headcount.
• Move quickly from constraint to constraint after implementation.
