Zusammenfassung

KeyPartners is seeking an experienced ERP Manager for a 6–12 month temporary project in Switzerland. You will own the setup and implementation of the ERP system for the Swiss organisation, work closely with local management, and define processes and workflows to enable scalable growth.

The role combines ERP expertise, project management and collaboration with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and Sales. The ideal candidate will have hands-on ERP implementation experience, strong stakeholder

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading ERP setup, implementation or greenfield projects.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into ERP processes and workflows.
• Experience in startup/scale-up environments is highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of the ERP setup and implementation for the Swiss organisation.
• Collaborate with local management to capture business requirements and translate them into ERP processes.
• Define and implement ERP workflows and configurations to support Swiss operations.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and Sales to ensure alignment.
• Lead data preparation, migration, testing and go-live activities.
• Manage external ERP providers and internal stakeholders throughout the project.
• Establish processes, documentation and system controls; drive user training and adoption.
