Zusammenfassung

Jobgether is seeking an Onboarding Success Manager I based in Switzerland to guide customers and their new hires through the onboarding journey, ensuring every step is clear and efficient.

You will work across Sales, Product, Legal, Finance, and Operations to resolve escalations, improve documentation, and contribute to self-service resources in a globally distributed, remote-first environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in HR or customer-facing roles in HR SaaS.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience managing escalations and coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders.
• Autonomous, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Interest in AI and workflow automation to improve processes.

Aufgaben

• Own the end-to-end onboarding journey for Customers and Team Members, serving as the primary contact from new hire submission to successful engagement.
• Provide timely, accurate guidance through documentation, knowledge sources, and direct communication.
• Lead meetings with Customers and Team Members to clarify requirements and move onboarding forward.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Legal, Finance, and internal teams to resolve complex requests.
• Support contract customization in line with internal procedures and timelines.
• Maintain accurate data in the employment platform to ensure smooth employment.
