Zusammenfassung

Jobgether is seeking a Director of Operations & Service Growth in Switzerland to lead a technology-enabled service business from vision to scale. You will own sales, service delivery, partnerships, and day-to-day operations across locations, ensuring consistent quality and strong customer outcomes.

You will drive digital conversion, retention, and margin improvements, while building scalable systems that reduce manual work and enable repeatable operations.

Qualifikationen

• Senior-level experience in operations or commercial leadership.
• Track record of building, launching, scaling, or improving a business or service operation.
• Experience in multi-location restaurant, delivery, logistics, hospitality, or service-based operations.
• Business development and partnerships experience that drive commercial value.
• Understanding of operational performance, customer experience, service quality, and growth.
• Hands-on use of AI, analytics, automation, and workflow tools to improve processes.

Aufgaben

• Translate vision into executable strategy, roadmap, and operating model with measurable priorities.
• Lead launch and early development of a technology-enabled service business, owning initial sales and operating processes.
• Build networks with customers, merchants, partners to support growth.
• Provide hands-on COO-level leadership across multi-location operations via Area and Location Managers.
• Set operational standards, performance expectations, and accountability across locations.
