You’ll shape engagements with clients, contribute to proposals, and drive commercial discussions, with strong scrutiny of leadership decisions when evidence supports an alternative path.

Qualifikationen

• Significant leadership experience in organizational effectiveness and transformation.
• Proven track record taking initiatives from diagnosis through implementation with measurable results.
• Strong ability to analyze organizations holistically across people, processes, and tech.
• Experience with client-facing roles and communicating with senior executives.
• Sales, business development, or commercial experience including proposals and closing deals.
• Advanced practical experience using AI, automation, and tech-enabled workflows.

• Challenge executives when data or realities indicate a different approach.
• Apply AI and automation to improve efficiency and decision-making.
