Zusammenfassung

CSL Vifor seeks a global Omnichannel leader to shape and execute the omnichannel engagement strategy across the International region (ex-US).

You will lead cross-functional teams, partner with Marketing, Medical and Commercial heads, and drive ROI-focused digital transformation with a global reach. Minimum 3 onsite days per week is required, with extensive collaboration across regions.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of pharma/biotech industry experience with direct commercial experience or IT experience in support of commercial
• Strong interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport and credibility with senior leaders
• Local knowledge of relevant business, legal, compliance, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements
• Multiple years' experience working in an international environment and with matrixed, cross-functional teams
• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building abilities
• Familiarity with global regulations and cultural nuances
• Strong Change and Leadership skills

Aufgaben

• Set strategic direction and priorities as a member of the Global Omnichannel & Digital Strategy Leadership team
• Co-create a cohesive omnichannel engagement strategy with international Marketing and regions across the full product portfolio
• Translate senior leadership priorities into actionable omnichannel plans
• Act as sparring partner/advisor to Marketing, Medical and Commercial heads
• Partner with global enablement functions to advocate for local and regional needs
• Build, lead, mentor and grow cross-functional team of senior specialists
• Foster learning and professional development and promote continuous improvement, innovation and responsiveness
• Oversee rollout/adoption of new systems, tools and processes relevant to omnichannel engagement
• Ensure integration of content, channel and timing; map customer journeys
• Manage budget and vendor relationships
