CSL Plasma Inc. seeks a senior Global Omnichannel & Digital Strategy leader to drive a unified omnichannel engagement strategy across our global markets.

You will align priorities with Marketing, Medical and Commercial leaders, and build a long-term roadmap for tools, systems and processes enabling commercial excellence. You will lead a cross-functional team of senior specialists, foster learning, and oversee rollout of new systems.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in scientific, technological or business field.
• 12+ years experience in pharma/biotech with direct commercial or IT support.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build credibility with senior leaders.
• Local knowledge of business, legal, compliance, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in international environment with matrixed, cross-functional teams.
• Strong change and leadership skills.

Aufgaben

• Set strategic direction and priorities for omnichannel strategy with Marketing and regions.
• Define long-term roadmap for tools/systems/frameworks around omnichannel and commercial excellence.
• Translate senior leadership priorities into actionable omnichannel plans.
• Partner with Marketing, Medical and Commercial heads and advocate for local/regional needs.
• Oversee rollout/adoption of new systems and processes relevant to omnichannel.
• Map and optimize customer journeys with KPIs focusing on ROI.
• Manage budget and resources and vendor relationships.
