Zusammenfassung

CSL Vifor is seeking a Global Occupational Health & Wellness Director to design and govern a worldwide OH strategy, including injury and workers’ compensation, employee wellness, and IH governance. You will lead global teams across regions, drive compliance, and partner with EHS, HR, Legal, and operations to enable safe, productive workforces.

Based in the US or a flexible international location, you will architect governance models, oversee data systems and KPIs, and advance health programs

Qualifikationen

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years occupational health leadership in multinational or regulated industries.
• Strong experience with US Injury Management and Workers’ compensation programs.
• Knowledge of Australian self-insurance and Early Intervention programs.
• Familiarity with OSHA, EU OSH, Australian Work Health and Safety law, ISO 45001/45003, and ACGIH/NIOSH frameworks.

• Develop and implement a global Occ Health & Wellness strategy aligned with EHS vision.
• Lead Injury Management and Workers’ Compensation programs across the US, Europe and Australia.
• Establish global standards, clinical protocols, and IH governance systems.
• Lead global case management including early communication and accommodation assessments.
• Govern Australian self-insurance injury management systems and compliance audits.
• Oversee international Early Intervention programs focusing on rapid triage and injury minimization.
• Lead OH/IH global teams and manage external vendor performance.
• Own global Occupational Health data systems, KPIs, and reporting.
