You will partner with senior executives to transform customer engagement and accelerate growth across a diverse portfolio. The role requires 12+ years in pharma/biotech with direct commercial or IT experience, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to drive global programs in an international environment.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years experience in pharma/biotech with direct commercial or IT support for commercial functions.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in matrix organizations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead and set strategic direction for global omnichannel and digital strategy across the International region (ex-US).
• Partner with Marketing, Medical, Commercial, and regional teams to translate priorities into actionable omnichannel plans.
• Oversee rollout and adoption of systems, tools and processes to optimize content, channels, and customer journeys.
• Manage budget and vendor relationships, ensuring ROI across touchpoints and KPIs.
• Develop and mentor a cross-functional team of senior specialists, fostering continuous improvement.
