On is seeking a Head of Commercial Strategy Management in Zürich to shape the company’s omnichannel consumer connection. You will architect strategy, lead a global portfolio, and drive market expansion while coordinating with Operations, Technology, and Finance PMOs to deliver a unified, premium brand experience worldwide.

You will build strategic frameworks, lead pivotal commercial programs, and champion best practices in project management to ensure long-term impact and sustainable capability

Qualifikationen

• 8-10 years of experience in omni-channel strategy and leadership
• Proven track record translating strategy into measurable business impact
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across regions

• Define and own the global omnichannel commercial strategy.
• Lead and develop the Global Commercial project portfolio and PMO interfaces.
• Drive market expansion, sales elevation, and omnichannel development initiatives.
